[ Synopsis ]
This work reflects my experience working freelance as an Architectural Technologist on residential renovation projects for Cockburn & Sons. As the sole Architectural Technologist assigned to this project, I documented and drafted the existing house, designed a new kitchen layout, and developed multiple design options to support client decision-making. My role also included refining floorplans and 3D models in response to client and contractor feedback, producing technical documentation, and creating detailed visualisations to communicate the proposed design. The project strengthened my ability to navigate the relationship between design, technical resolution and client collaboration.
